Our Executive Chef Joseph Baj leads a dynamic culinary program at White Horse Village that will emulate any hotel. Joe is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University and has spent 21 years in different chef roles with Marriott across the U.S. The highlight of Joe’s career took him to the Marquis Marriott in Times Square NY, Marriott’s flagship hotel. We are so fortunate that Joe has chosen White Horse Village to call his home. We benefit from his worldly experience and you will too! Under Chef Joe’s guidance, he has trained a team of expert chefs and White Horse Village is a training site for Morrison Senior Dining chefs nationwide.
