Schedule of Fees at White Horse Village

Picture of one of the courtyard gardensWhite House Village offers residents 80% refundable and standard entrance plans.  We also offer a modified health care plan for those with long term care insurance.

Entrance fees range from $80,000 to $549,000, depending on the size of the accommodation, which range from 510 square feet for a studio apartment to 3,200 square feet for a carriage home. 

All fees include long term nursing care or personal care.
