Residency at White Horse Village can be easily obtained by completing a few simple steps.
Obtain a Priority List Application and Financial Statement. You can receive
these applications by calling us at (610) 558-5000.
After you receive your application, complete it and return it with the appropriate fee ($1200 for an individual, $1300 for a couple)
Once your Financial Statement has been reviewed, an appointment will be made for a follow-up interview.
When an appropriate apartment, villa, carriage home, or country home is available and you wish to reserve it, you must complete the following steps:
• Update your Financial Statement (if necessary) and return it for final approval.
• Have the required laboratory work done by your own physician.
• Make an appointment with our Healthcare Center to have a medical examination
done by the White Horse Village Medical Director.
Once the above steps have been finalized and the financial and medical reports have been approved by the Admissions Committee, you will be required to sign a Residence & Care Agreement and pay a 10% deposit of the entrance fee.
Now that you have signed your Residence & Care Agreement and made your deposit, you can coordinate your move-in with our capable staff and be well on your way to becoming a member of our community.
