A community update regarding COVID-19

Dear White Horse Village Community,

In Canterbury skilled nursing, three residents tested positive for COVID-19 during the weekly facility-wide testing process last week. The residents were moved to the COVID Care Suite for treatment and monitoring. All other Canterbury residents tested negative.

The two residents in Bridlewood personal care who tested positive were released from quarantine yesterday. Of the 28 Bridlewood residents tested last week, 27 were negative, and we are waiting on the results for one resident. Since the beginning of this pandemic, we have had a total of 15 residents test positive for COVID-19.

Canterbury team members were tested last week and 113 tests were negative. On June 7, one team member in Canterbury tested positive for COVID-19. Currently, a total of two team members are out of work for COVID-19 and three that are waiting on test results.

We are testing Bridlewood team members, and beginning the week of June 15, all team members will be able to receive a weekly COVID-19 test. As of today, we have had a total of 18 team members test positive for COVID-19.
