He has successfully managed nonprofit life plan communities in four states and has a proven track record for building genuine relationships. Michael is a Nursing Home Administrator in FL and VA and holds Lean Six Sigma, Action Pact, Eden Alternative, and PA Personal Care Home Administrator certifications.

Susan Abtouche has extensive experience in nonprofit senior living organizations serving in roles such as Executive Director, Director of Development, and Director of Philanthropy.

Dave Kelble has more than 30 years of experience in information technology. He has worked in corporate leadership and academia, and holds two master’s degrees, one in organizational dynamics and another in business administration and information systems.
Alisa Miller has over 25 years of experience serving senior living and other health and human services organizations. She has served a variety of clients as an Interim Chief Financial Officer. Alisa began her career in public accounting as an auditor and consulting with a Big 4 accounting firm. Alisa is a Certified Public Accountant.
