Vice President of Mission Enhancement & Executive Director, White Horse Village Foundation
Susan Abtouche has extensive experience in nonprofit senior living organizations serving in roles such as Executive Director, Director of Development, and Director of Philanthropy.
Vice President of Operations
Tina Boukalis joined White Horse Village in 1997 and has served in numerous healthcare positions, including Senior Director, Director of Social Services, and Admissions/Social Services Coordinator. Previously, she worked in social work, admissions, and case management.
Senior Director of Information Technology
Ty Mossman brings 35 years of experience to his role. Previously, he held positions at IBM, Aetna, Quest Diagnostics, and Penske Automotive Group. Ty studied at the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, earned five college degrees, and taught at various Pennsylvania colleges.

Karen Armstead has worked for companies in a variety of industries, from energy to telecommunications and healthcare. Most recently, she worked as director of human resources at the Borough of West Chester. She has an MBA with a concentration in human resources management.
