Michael Shaw has 25 years of senior living management experience. He has successfully managed nonprofit life plan communities in four states and has a proven track record for building genuine relationships. Michael is a Nursing Home Administrator in FL and VA and holds Lean Six Sigma, Action Pact, Eden Alternative, and PA Personal Care Home Administrator certifications.

Alisa Miller has over 25 years of experience serving senior living and other health and human services organizations. She has served a variety of clients as an Interim Chief Financial Officer. Alisa began her career in public accounting as an auditor and consulting with a Big 4 accounting firm. Alisa is a Certified Public Accountant.
