An important community update regarding COVID-19
Dear Residents and Families,
As a community, we have moved swiftly to implement state and federal recommendations and safety protocols to limit exposure to Coronavirus on our campus.
On April 16, 2020, we received notification that two team members in our community tested positive for COVID-19. We have implemented the following isolation protocols:
- The team members have been isolated in their homes and are receiving medical attention as needed. Both team members will remain in isolation for at least 14 days.
- Our leadership team is proactively tracing the persons’ activity starting 48 hours prior to the onset of symptoms and will notify and monitor all residents and team members who may have been exposed.
We are in contact with the team members and will provide assistance as needed to ensure their full recovery. The health of all our residents and team members is our greatest concern. In order to limit the spread of the Coronavirus in our community, we are requiring strict adherence to community restrictions by residents, their families, and team members.
We will continue to monitor this ever-changing situation and post regular updates to www.whitehorsevillage.org/covid-19-information.
I am grateful for your cooperation as we support each other through this unprecedented time. Our village is resilient and strong. And I will say it again, together, we can!
