As the leader of human resources, Crystal will oversee audits, payroll, performance management, and other key functions of the White Horse Village team, carrying out the department’s vision to ensure everyone who is part of the workforce can thrive.

“Crystal has been a beacon guiding the department through transition,” says Kathy Ardekani, interim president and CEO at White Horse Village. “We interviewed other candidates but always came back to Crystal as the right choice. I was thrilled to offer an opportunity for advancement to one of our own! I look forward to working with Crystal and watching her lead in this new role.”

Crystal has more than 17 years’ experience in the field and has served as HR director for a number of organizations in the healthcare and senior living sector, including most recently St. Martha Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Downingtown, and Green Meadows Rehabilitation and Nursing Center (Chester Valley Rehabilitation) in Malvern. She’s a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s in corporate communication.

“I am honored and humbled to serve our residents and team members at White Horse Village,” Crystal says. “I am proud to work in an environment that focuses on cultivating relationships and enriching lives.”
