We have selected experienced partners to guide us through the Master Plan development process. As we move through the project stages, we will continue to review and fine-tune the plan and work closely with Edgmont Township, where approval is pending.

A new state-of-the-art Healthcare Center will provide a wide range of supportive living services in a neighborhood setting featuring all private suite accommodations.

Designed for active adult living, these spacious homes offer the latest innovations in residential living, including one-level open floor plans, garage parking, lots of windows, luxury features, and more. In a new, state-of-the-art facility we will provide both Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing supportive living services in a neighborhood setting. The center will feature clubhouse amenities open to all residents, including a new restaurant, a large multi-purpose room/event space, outdoor terraces and rooftop areas, and underground parking.
Over the past several years, White Horse Village has gathered input from market data, industry experts, and extensive focus groups to assess priorities for campus improvements to serve our residents better.
As a result, in addition to the new construction, the Master Plan includes a wide range of campus enhancements.
- A renovation of the Clubhouse entrance, lobby, and interior spaces features new paint, flooring, furniture, and fixtures.
- Updates to the exterior of existing residences include stone chimneys, new siding, and new windows.
- New Memorial Garden offers a place of reflection featuring continuous walking paths and covered outdoor seating.
- Expansion of popular campus facilities, including the Tavern, fitness center, auditorium, and outdoor recreation.
- New connected walkways to improve the navigation of our campus on foot.
