A new approach to aging adult care features a person-centered model that supports residents in daily living while encouraging them to live independently. Life enrichment and nursing care teams create an environment to maximize independence and empower residents to manage their healthcare decisions. We believe an individual-led care strategy can improve quality of life and overall health outcomes.
A household model for personalized care
The new household model is transforming our Healthcare Services into a more intimate environment offering flexibility to meet the individual needs of our residents. Households consist of small groups of residents with the same familiar team of caregivers, allowing for more personalized care.
New Assisted Living Center
A state-of-the-art facility will provide Assisted Living supportive services in a neighborhood setting, featuring comfortable one-bedroom apartment-style homes with well-appointed kitchenettes. In addition to all the amenities available at the main Clubhouse, residents will have convenient access to a new restaurant grille, a multi-purpose room/event space, and inviting outdoor living areas and gardens adjacent to the new Center.
Residents with cognitive changes will continue to benefit from specialized care in our safe and secure Four Seasons Memory Support neighborhood located in the northeast wing of the main Clubhouse.
