White Horse Village is launching several innovative partnerships that enhance our services and adopt industry best practices from research on aging and age-related health conditions. Below is a growing list of the collaborations we’re developing to improve our community.
With numerous projects underway to enhance the campus, Spiezle serves as an experienced architectural partner. The employee-owned company has previously been involved in a number of key initiatives on our campus.
Together with consulting firm zumBrunnen, we have reviewed all parts of campus to determine property and facility needs in the coming decades, and have developed a sophisticated long-term asset management plan.
Our development advisor provides strategic guidance and support for the planning and execution of campus enhancements and possible future new construction.
We’ve engaged financial partner HJ Sims to assist with the evaluation and implementation of financing plans to support campus enhancements and new construction.
Our construction manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all construction-related activities for campus improvements and new construction.
Managed service provider Prelude works alongside our team on matters like cybersecurity, network maintenance, and software support. With origins in a senior living community, Prelude has significant experience in the industry.
A fine dining experience is central to White Horse Village. As a global leader in sustainable food services, Sodexo has decades of experience in senior living partnerships, providing healthy meals and showcasing authentic, diverse, and flavorful menus.
Our Home Care program has been enhanced in consultation with the HomeCare Advocacy Network, which offers nationwide support and expertise, emphasizing dignity, respect, and relationships.
White Horse Village works with The Vanguard School to offer job training in various roles for students with special needs, with a range of academic and life skills.
For the residents at nearby Springton Lake Village, a unique community-building partnership expands access to the many health, wellness, and life enrichment programs at White Horse Village. Outpatient Clinic services include access to preventative health programs and primary care physicians/specialists. Through our Wellness Team, we offer individualized exercise/training programs and aquatic classes. Springton Lake residents also receive priority consideration for admission to our Healthcare Center.
