White Horse Village Announces New Additions to the Management Team
White Horse Village announces four new additions to the management team. The new team members bring extensive experience to their respective roles to further the mission of White Horse Village, a nonprofit active senior living community.
The new members of the management team include:

Holly Jones
Senior Director of Human Resources
Holly is a seasoned Human Resources professional in the nonprofit industry and resident of Delaware County. Prior to joining White Horse Village, she was the Senior Human Resources Manager for Impact Services, where she managed a department serving 150 employees in five locations. She successfully guided the Impact Services through the initial stages of the COVID-19 pandemic by supporting employees with information about safety precautions, benefits and personal health questions and starting a wellness initiative for employees working remotely. Ms. Jones earned a Master of Education in Counseling and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Philadelphia University and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (PHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).

Shireen Kline
Director of Sales and Marketing
Shireen joins White Horse Village from Hilton Hotels & Resorts, where she worked for the past 25 years. She started as a Sales Manager at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Philadelphia Center City and was promoted to numerous positions, including Director of Sales & Marketing at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Wilmington, Del. and Philadelphia, Pa. Ms. Kline earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Madras and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Widener University and is a resident of Media, Pa

Tonya Costley-Stilts
Director of Resident Life
Tonya joins White Horse Village from the Masonic Village at Burlington, where she worked for 19 years. In the role of Director of Resident Services at the Masonic Village, Ms. Costley-Stilts was responsible for the independent living residents, spirituality, volunteers, the Thrift Store, wellness, mail, salon services, and team appreciation. She is a recipient of the Innovative Award from LeadingAge and the Volunteer of the Year from New Jersey Governors. She earned an associate’s degree in liberal arts from Rowan College and completed a Certified Assisted Living Administrator Program (CALA).

Siobhan Scardina
Assistant Dining Services Director
Siobhan brings over fifteen years of experience in foodservice and retail to her new. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from West Chester University. Ms. Scardina is a resident of Newtown Square, Pa.
