White Horse Village Announces New Senior Director and Team Member Promotions
White Horse Village, an active senior living community located 20 miles southwest of Philadelphia, welcomes new hire David G. Kelble, Senior Director of Information Technology and Digital Innovation, and congratulates Emily Leaman, Director of Environmental Services, and John Keogh, Director of Maintenance, on recent promotions.
David G. Kelble

Dave joins White Horse Village with 30 years of experience in Information Technology. In his new role, he will plan and coordinate activities of the Information Technology Department and develop and implement numerous technology initiatives. Previously, Dave held the positions of Vice President of Information Technology for Abramson Senior Care and instructor for the College of Science and Technology at Temple University. He is active with industry and charitable organizations, including the Philadelphia Philanthropic Society for Information Technology Foundation, Inc. (PHISIM), CIO Advisory Board for Tech Impact, and Philadelphia Chapter of the Society for Information Management. Dave holds a Master’s in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master’s of Business Administration and Information Systems from Temple University, and a Bachelor’s in Business from LaSalle University.

Emily Leaman

In her new position, Emily will support campus-wide housekeeping services, landscaping and residential unit turnover processes. White Horse Village recently identified Emily as one of several managers and directors to support for management positions. Her previous roles include Maintenance Coordinator and Housekeeping Manager. Emily recently completed a year-long leadership development program with LeadingAgePA in 2019.

John Keough

John brings over 14 years of experience at White Horse Village to his new role as Director of Maintenance. He held positions as Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Mechanic in addition to nearly 30 years of previous experience in computer field service repair and computer support.
John is an essential contributor to the maintenance department and brings new ideas and vast operating knowledge to his new role,” says Robert Higgins, Vice President of Property and Facilities.
